Since 2000, FranklinMediation has achieved high success rate in negotiating reduced amounts and settlement of our client's debt. Including our success based fees, we average a total cost of .50-.70 cents on the dollar to pay off the balances owed on the debt. Because our service fees are based on a percent of the savings to our clients we have an incentive to achieve the greatest reduction possible. Unlike legal or accounting firms, we do not offer legal advice or bill you by the hour. If we cannot reach a mutually agreeable and discounted settlement you will not be charged a settlement fee!
